Terms and Conditions

By renting The Beautiful Bus you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Each event includes 1-2 attendant(s) on site for the entire duration.

Run time is consecutive hours. Idle (non-running) hours can be purchased for early set up time or to break up run time hours (determined prior to event and when available).

Travel fee applies to locations over 30 miles from our address in Villanova, PA or Tavernier, FL per market price of local towing coordinator. Towing is required for travel over 30 miles due to reduce wear and tear on vintage parts.

The Beautiful Bus/Booth will arrive about an hour before run time to set up and will take 30-40 minutes to take down. This does not count against reserved run time.

If the bus/booth is unable to make it to the event (mechanical or accident related) you will be given a full refund.

+2 head count for vendor dinner shall be set aside for bus/booth attendant(s).

Every guest can take multiple pictures in the bus/booth. Each guest will receive a print. All photos from the event will also be put on an online gallery for the host to download/share/print at their convenience.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

To book the bus/booth, the client must pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the run time fee invoiced. The rest of the total can be paid down in the months leading up to the event, with the full balance due 30 days prior to the event.

Final balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event. Failure to pay on time may result in loss of reservation and forfeiture of balance.

Clients who book less than 30 days prior to the event must pay for the package in full.

We do allow the photos to be personalized with logos and/or names. This alteration must be discussed and decided upon at least 2 weeks prior to event.

The customer booking the event will be responsible for any theft of props or vandalism guests perform toward the bus during the event. In the event that something does happen, the customer booking the event will be responsible to pay any money owed to The Beautiful Bus to repair damages. The customer can then request money from the person(s) responsible for vandalizing on their own time and terms.

If printing problems occur during event and we can not provide prints at the event, we will mail copies of all photos to the party’s contact and give a $100 refund.

If wifi or connectivity issues occur at the event certain photobooth internet based services might not be available such as sms/text, e-mail or social media sharing of photobooth photos.

Refunds will not be given for inclement weather. We are prepared to operate in rainfall. If it is impossible to operate the booth due to severe weather determined by The Beautiful Bus, and the bus has not arrived yet, if clients can be contacted, they will be given the option of open-air tower booth (if available), to be set up indoors. If weather strikes during an event, a canopy/tent will be popped up and secured. The Beautiful Bus reserves the right to shut down for the safety of guests and equipment. No partial refunds will be given.

Inappropriate or abusive activity: If a guest, whether young or old, is using the props, hats, glasses, canes, or any other Beautiful Bus property in an inappropriate, abusive, or risky way, determined by The Beautiful Bus, the Beautiful Bus reserves the right to discontinue use of the items at any time during the event without any type of partial refund. The Beautiful Bus attendants can ask the customer(s) to remove themselves from the use of the Bus/Booth as well, if guidelines are not followed.

If, at any time, the Bus/Booth attendant feels threatened by inappropriate, abusive, or risky behavior of guest(s), determined by the attendant, the attendant will bring it to the attention of the client/coordinator. If behavior continues, the attendant reserves the right to pack up the Bus/Booth and leave, without refunding.

Processing refunds: If more than 50% of total has been paid and cancellation request submitted more than 30 days prior to event, excess of the 50% will be refunded within 60 days of cancellation request. If a cancellation is submitted 30 days prior to event date, no refund will be given.
